CREATIVE CHARTING

Hello and Happy New Year!

I thought it was fitting to start the new year off with some of my favorite pieces of past works of art.  In the next week I plan to re-visit some of my more recent and past pieces while gathering inspiration for up and coming creativity!  I am working toward creating some new artwork, a little different than my past work.  So check back to see what I've been up to and look out for some wonderful new creations!

These Growth Charts make wonderful gifts and keepsakes for any little one and you'll be able to roll it up and tuck it away when they are done growing.

I hope you enjoyed these fun and whimsical works of art and look back tomorrow for some of the Alpha Art from the past!

Have a wonderful day and God Bless!

Hello!

Looking for ME?
"Well Hello There"! Sorry it has been so long. I have been a very busy mama of our new baby boy who is now 11 months old and our 11 year old (going on 15) daughter. Life has been treating us very well, minus my lack of sleep. Even so I can't complain, we are having so much fun with our little fella!

In between the daily grind of taking care of all the duties of mama hood I have managed to get some work done! I have been working on getting my other Etsy store up and running and have added some new pieces. Here is a peek at what you'll see at Domesticly Chic!

Come take a peek at some of the other pieces you'll find! You never know,  you may find that special piece you have been looking to add to your jewelry box or maybe your looking for that perfect gift!

I hope you enjoy and have a blessed day!

I'm back!

Hello again!

Sorry it has been so long since my last post. I have been busy with our new little addition baby Gunner! He is perfect in every way and a true blessing for our family! It has been a bit of an adjustment for us all, especially since our other baby is now eleven. Funny as it may seem, I can't recall much of our first run with baby-hood at all. It truly feels like it was a lifetime ago! I have lots of help from my sweet Summer and she is so in love with her new baby brother and happy to end her chapter of being an only child!

Times are a bit different here in our home! We are having so much fun and feeling truly blessed to have our wonderful healthy family of four! I am excited to be getting back to work and putting all those creative thoughts back into works of art! check back soon and I will have some of my most recent work up for you to see!

Have a wonderful day and may God bless you and yours!

Long time no see!

(image via flickr)

It feels so good to say hello! My life has been a whirl wind and it is still whirling as we speak. Just to recap this last year to date: I cared for and lost 2 very special people in my life to terrible battles with cancer, we are now dealing with their estate and that is just completely insane, and as if that is not enough we have moved in the process of all this insanity.

Things are starting to feel a little more normal these days and we are getting settled in nicely to the new house. It does feel really good to be moved, it had been in the works for quite sometime and it finally has happened. We absolutely love our new space and are excited to be here to stay.

As far as for me and my work, well let's just say I have mustered through the craziness of our life and all the boxes and still managed to do some designing and filling orders. I am feeling just a little overwhelmed sometimes, but if I don't work and do what I love I feel so lost and out of synch. As we are over half way through the summertime, I look forward to the fall and really focusing on my work along with getting my web site up and running! I don't have a particular time set in stone that I would like it finished, however I would love to start the new year off with it up and running. We will see how it goes!

I hope you all are having a great summertime and enjoying the outdoors! We are heading camping this weekend and we can't wait, that would be something that feels really normal to us and like life is back on track.

"cheers to all" and take time to enjoy the sunshine!
