This is the question?
Every year when it comes time to start cutting and scooping the yuck, I always think about alternative ways to creatively decorate the pumpkin! I have ideas of painting it and have tried, although not exactly ever turning out the way I envisioned. I came across this creative display, each with their own personality and I just had to share!

I am still really partial to the old school carving of the pumpkin! Like everything in time, it too has evolved and become even more of an artistic expression than just the old triangle shapes and scary face. You need lots of patience, a steady hand and maybe even some halloween music to inspire you to create these master pieces.

So back to the question, to carve or not to carve? I know I'll be carving how about you?

NOT to carve! There are so many cute ways to do pumpkins and when you carve them they get all rotten and stinky!
